Our Story

We mistakenly thought the road ended based on Google Maps, but the hiking app showed more trail ahead. It’s a bit of an unusual route that leads to a completely pebble-covered path and an abandoned mining site.

We were staying at the DOC campsite there. Originally planned to just rest after cooking, but since it was still early, we decided to walk in. It felt like we were walking endlessly without an end in sight.
