Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 125 g High grade flour
- 85 ml Water
- 0.25 tsp Yeast
- 5 ml Olive oil
- 0.25 tsp Salt
Instructions
- 1 Dissolve the yeast in water and rest for 10 mins.
- 2 Add flour, olive oil and salt into the water.
- 3 Knead into a dough and cover to rest 30 mins.
- 4 Stretch and fold the dough from four sides into the center. The dough should be smooth.
