Masala Tea (Chai)
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Green cardamoms
- 2 pcs Cloves
- 0.5 inch Cinnamon piece
- 2 pcs Peppercorns
- 360 ml Water
Instructions
- 1 Lightly crush all spices to release their flavours.
- 2 Heat water in a pot.
- 3 Add the spices and crushed ginger.
- 4 Reduce the heat to medium after rolling boil.
