Hee Pan (Steamed Red Tortoise Cake)
Ingredients
- 50 g Glutinous rice flour
- 90 g Plain flour
- 3 g Yeast
- 90 g Water
- 45 g Sugar
Instructions
- 1 Mix glutinous rice flour, plain flour, sugar, yeast & water.
- 2 Add oil & red coloring, knead into a smooth dough.
- 3 Divide into 10 pieces, shape into rounds & flatten slightly on baking paper.
- 4 Rest until slightly puffy.
- 5 Steam over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.
