Ingredients
- 250 g High grade flour
- 170 ml Water
- 0.5 tsp Yeast
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions
- 1 Mix flour, water, yeast and salt until combined.
- 2 Cover to rest dough for 20-30 mins.
- 3 Stretch and fold for all four sides to the middle and cover to rest for 30 mins (repeat about 3-4 times).
- 4 Cover it and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
